SHIPPING

Please allow 1–10 business days for order processing before shipping. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, verify, and package your order prior to shipment. Once processing is complete, shipping takes 1–2 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

During Glamor Maven sales, promotions, or major restocks (such as Black Friday), processing times may take 5–10 business days, with shipping still estimated at 1–2 business days once the order has shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders may take 3–14 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Glamor Maven is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or international fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Glamor Maven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact FedEx directly and file a claim.

Glamor Maven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If a package is returned to Glamor Maven due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Alternatively, a store credit may be issued for the order subtotal (excluding shipping).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Glamor Maven does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and to maintain quality standards, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please ensure all order details, including product selection and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase.
